I have been with lush for over 6 years now. Mike is the best Landlord I've ever had. He is very workable and understanding and stays on top of things that needs to be fixed in the unit. He has helped my family and I with maintaining our residence with him and we live Mike and the Lush family. I would recommend his properties to anyone looking for a great spacious unit. It doesn't get any better than Lush Apartments! Mike truly goes above and beyond for his tenants. The units are always clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it a great place to live. I recently had the pleasure of attending the second annual Spring Family Fun Day, a free event hosted by Mike for all of his tenants. The event featured a petting zoo, a pony ride, and so many other fun activities for the kids. It's rare to find a landlord who genuinely cares and strives to make a positive impact on his tenants' lives. I’m so grateful to be part of this community!
I don’t normally write reviews, but I had such a positive experience with Lush. What was tops for me was the Receptiveness of the maintenance department. The few issues that I had were handled quickly and efficiently. I enjoyed coming home to a clean environment, manicured, lawns, and empty trash cans! I think part of the positive experience is the hands-on Management team, which includes seeing the owner working around the property frequently. Always friendly and always available to discuss any concerns. I highly recommend Living at LUSH!!
This community has been a great find. The units are all updated with modern appliances and finishes, fresh paint and beautiful flooring. The owner and leasing staff have all been very responsive and accommodating with any of my queries. It's a huge benefit having an on-site office available for all your potential needs.
